Staff: Our football camps are designed and managed by current professional footballers, Luke Chambers and Cole Skuse. The pair combined have amassed over 1000 games, the majority of those in the Championship. Luke and Cole have outstanding reputations in the game and both have combined playing with developing the next generation in the latter years of their careers. Luke and Cole lead a team of FA and UEFA-qualified coaches, who together deliver an exciting football programme where players of all abilities are encouraged to have a great time playing the sport they love!

What to expect: Our Girls’ Talent Hubs are camps designed specifically for girls to play with and against girls where players who already have a keen interest in football have the opportunity to develop their ability to the next level. Sessions are structured to allow the attendees to express themselves in a safe environment without pressure where they can enjoy the sport whilst developing their game. Each day is designed to be fun and offer the young players a chance to learn and develop relative to their age. Depending on the theme and content of the session, players are sometimes split into groups with their friends and with players of a similar age.

Lunch included.

NSX are thrilled to offer a unique day camp for female players in the East Region. Participants will have the incredible opportunity to train and learn from coaches with vast experience over the three days. Paige Shorten and Joe Sheehan previously delivered our courses and we will have an equal calibre of coaches for our February and April terms.

Paige Shorten is currently a coach with the FA on England’s NTC programme for players aged U15, before they qualify for the national age groups from U16. Paige combined this role by leading the football provision at St Joseph’s College, Ipswich, where she develops some of the region’s top talent. Paige is also a coach with Ipswich Town Women and has been an integral part of their recent success.

Joe Sheehan is the current manager of Ipswich Town Women and has led the team to success in recent years, including a promotion and reaching the latter stages of the FA Cup on two occasions, playing Manchester City and West Ham United. Joe has extensive experience working with young players, having previously worked at Essex RTC and developed many youth players into regular players at Ipswich Town.

The camp will consist of three days from 9am until 4pm. The coaches will aim to create a fun learning environment where girls are encouraged to try new things and enjoy the game of football. A hot lunch is included and provided at the middle of each day.

The camp also serves to provide girls with an opportunity to impress the coaches and be considered for talent development programmes outside of the camp.

We anticipate an extremely high demand on this camp and encourage early bookings to avoid disappointment.
